Marked by an artistic practice rooted in the relationship between man and nature, Manu vb Tintoré presents a selection of works tracing the evolution of his artistic journey for his third solo show at the gallery.
"Wanting to be everything I feel, everything I see, everything I hear and say, everything I know or I don't know ...converts me to an improbable being compelled to search out and to find out, sometimes.
My work evokes a feeling of belonging to this fleeting and complex history, generating elusive and changing identities, immersed in a permanent ambiguity between reality and fiction and installed in a rampant relativism
I describe my work as a meditation on the contemporary man and his limits but also about the power that he is able to exert on space and nature, approaching an increasingly fragile balance. The focus is on rediscovering the imprint of man, his capacity to dialogue with nature, to participate in an increasingly needed thinking on the relationship between man and nature." - Manu vb Tintoré
